Welcome to Las Cabañas. Las Cabañas is a unique Community of thirty Villas set in communal gardens.
The Villas all have decorative thatched roofs and overlook Miraflores Golf Course.
Las Cabañas is situated on the popular Urbanisation of Riviera Del Sol.
The Villa consists of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a downstairs shower room.
Linen and towels are provided but guests are asked to bring their own beach
towels.
There is a large lounge with two three-seater sofas, a television with CD player and DVD player.
In addition, at one end of the lounge is a dining table with seating for six people. Situated off the lounge is a
well-equipped kitchen with cooker, halogen hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.

A large patio door leads off from the lounge onto a terrace which has a table with six chairs, and
a large parasol. There is a plunge pool on the terrace with a step ladder leading into it. The pool is
approximately 5 ft deep. There are also various plants and flowers decorating the terrace.
The downstairs toilet also has a shower cubicle and is fully tiled. Upstairs
there are three double bedrooms
with 2 of the bedrooms containing twin beds. There is a guest bathroom that has a shower head in the bath.
The Master Bedroom has twin beds and a large en suite bathroom with a double sink set in marble.
The view from the Master Bedroom is of the Golf Course. If you look out of the window
there are also sea-views.
All three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
This is a very spacious Villa and is very pretty inside. There is also off road parking within a gated Community.
We can also offer our guests the unique opportunity of using the facilities of Riviera Del Mar.
This consists of a beautiful swimming pool set in lovely, well manicured gardens.
There is also a children's swimming pool which is approx. 3 ft. deep. In the high season you have the use of a Snack Bar which is situated by the heated pool.
During the Summer they serve hot and cold food plus drinks and ice cream. There is also a Mini-Gym and a Mini-Golf you can use plus a couple of Pool Tables, a
Toddlers Play Area with climbing frames and a slide etc,
which is ideal for keeping the children amused.
For those of you who would like a relaxing massage, this can be booked through Crown Resorts,
and also various beauty treatments and waxing is available.

A trip to the nearest supermarket is within a ten minute walk as are bars, restaurants, a taxi rank,
and the bus service into Marbella and Fuengirola.

Riviera Del Sol is surrounded by many 1st class
Golf
Courses. Due to its proximity to Fuengirola and
Marbella, there are many water sport activities
available. To entertain the children - Fuengirola
Zoo and Aqua Park are a mere 10 minutes drive away.
La Cala
de Mijas - only a 5 minute drive away - has lovely
beaches, and a host of bars, restaurants and shops.
La Cala also hosts a very good market on Wednesday
and Saturday.
Just 15 mins away, and nestling half way up a 3,000 foot mountain, beautiful Mijas
is surrounded by spectacular scenery and the village centre offers a choice of stunning
viewpoints where you can watch the world go by whilst enjoying a flavoursome Spanish
coffee or a refreshing sangria.
East from here are Benalmàdena and Torremolinos and west, glitzy Marbella and Puerto Banùs can be reached
within a 15 minute drive from the Villa. This long stretch of coastline offers
a huge variety of beaches and entertainment from
Aqua Parks to Theatres, from quaint Spanish ventas to five star restaurants.
Venturing further afield, it is possible to visit Ronda, Gibraltar and Granada
as a day trip. Seville is a little further and even North Africa is accessible
(one of the many small tourist offices will help you arrange this).
After the excitement of a busy day sightseeing, shopping or soaking up the sun at the beach, returning to
your tranquil Villa will almost certainly be the part of your holiday that you will cherish.

Rental Notes:
- RENTAL RATES
- Per week in British Pounds (GBP). A deposit of
£250
is required to secure the booking,
and the full amount is due 8 weeks before
your holiday. A further "damage" deposit
of £250 will also be
required, which will be refunded
after departure once the Villa has been checked over
for any damage.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
- If you have to cancel your holiday before having paid the full amount (8 weeks beforehand),
we will refund your deposit less an administration charge of
£25 (€40). IF we are able to re-book
the same weeks. If you have paid in full, the cancellation charges are as follows:
4 - 8 weeks: 50% of rate refunded
2 - 4 weeks: 25% of rate refunded
less than 2 weeks: no refund
UNLESS we are able to re-book any time up to the holiday, in which case we will refund your
full payment plus deposit less the administration charge as above.
- On receipt of a deposit, a contract for the rental of
Riviera Del Sol Villa (villa in Spain) has been entered into. The price, the period and the precise dates of rental have been agreed between the renters and
the owners of Riviera Del Sol Villa.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
- Please note that the Villa must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure and
is accessed at 4 pm on the day of arrival to give our cleaning team time to prepare
it for you.

LIABILITY:
- Please note that we do not accept liability for any injury howsoever
caused as a result of the use of the swimming pool. Guests are specifically
requested not to allow unsupervised children to use the pool. Please don't
take any glasses or bottles to the pool area as any broken glass in the pool
means that it has to be emptied completely!
- It is recommended that guests take out insurance, covering themselves against the need to cancel, accident, illness, loss or theft of personal belongings, from the day of booking and for the duration of the holiday.
