This beautiful
penthouse is set on the
5th floor, with lift, of
a private enclosed holiday
complex set in lovely manicured
gardens within a few minutes
walk of the beach. An exceptionally
large private terrace offers
truly amazing sea views
towards the mountains of
North Africa and Gibraltar.
The complex itself has two
huge beautiful pools, one
of them heated. Within the
grounds there is also a
childrens' pool, paddling
pool, toilet area, an aviary
and a gym. In high season
a poolside snack bar is
open and entertainment is
laid on once a week. You
could not ask for better
family facilities all within
walking distance of your
own front door.
The penthouse has two bedrooms,
one double and one twin,
and there is a sofa bed
in the lounge. There is
a main bathroom and second
shower room. Linen and towels
are provided but guests
are asked to bring their
own beach towels.

with cooker, hob, fridge,
freezer and microwave and
a separate shower room houses
the washing machine, iron
and ironing board.
The large comfortably furnished
lounge is equipped with
satellite TV on 32" Flatscreen
TV, showing the basic BBC
channels. There is also
a DVD and CD Player. The
patio doors of the lounge
lead out onto the huge terrace,
with sunbeds, umbrellas,
and barbecue, which overlooks
the sea as well as the beautiful
gardens and pool.
A trip to the nearest supermarket
is within a five minute
walk as are bars, restaurants,
a taxi rank, and the bus
service into Marbella and
Fuengirola.
Whether you are looking
for night life or a relaxing
family holiday with plenty
to keep the kids busy, this
holiday complex has something
for everyone.

Riviera
Del Sol is surrounded by
many 1st class Golf Courses.
Due to its proximity to
Fuengirola and Marbella,
there are many water sport
activities available. To
entertain the children -
Fuengirola Zoo and Aqua
Park are a mere 10 minutes
drive away.
La Cala de Mijas - only
a 5 minute drive away -
has lovely beaches, and
a host of bars, restaurants
and shops. La Cala also
hosts a very good market
on Wednesday and Saturday.
Just 15 mins away, and nestling
half way up a 3,000 foot
mountain, beautiful Mijas
is surrounded by spectacular
scenery and the village
centre offers a choice of
stunning viewpoints where
you can watch the world
go by whilst enjoying a
flavoursome Spanish coffee
or a refreshing sangria.
East from here are Benalmàdena
and Torremolinos and west,
glitzy Marbella and Puerto
Banùs can be reached within
a 15 minute drive from the
apartment. This long stretch
of coastline offers a huge
variety of beaches and entertainment
from Aqua Parks to Theatres,
from quaint Spanish ventas
to five star restaurants.
Venturing further afield,
it is possible to visit
Ronda, Gibraltar and Granada
as a day trip. Seville is
a little further and even
North Africa is accessible
(one of the many small tourist
offices will help you arrange
this).
After the excitement of
a busy day sightseeing,
shopping or soaking up the
sun at the beach, returning
to your tranquil penthouse
apartment will almost certainly
be the part of your holiday
that you will cherish.

re-book

weeks. If
you have
paid in
full, the
cancellation
charges
are as follows:
4 - 8
weeks: 50%
of rate
refunded
2 - 4 weeks:
25% of rate

UNLESS we

to re-book
any time
up to the
holiday,

case we
will refund

On receipt
of a deposit,
a contract for
the rental of
Riviera Del
Sol Penthouse
(apartment in
Spain) has been
entered into.
The price, the
period and the
precise dates
of rental have
been agreed
between the
renters and
the owners of
Riviera Del
Sol Penthouse.
ARRIVAL
AND DEPARTURE:
- Please
note that
the apartment
must be
vacated
by 10 am
on the day
of departure
and is accessed
at 4 pm
on the day
of arrival
to give
our cleaning
team time
to prepare
it for you.
LIABILITY:
- Please
note that
we do not
accept liability
for any
injury howsoever
caused as
a result
of the use
of the swimming
pool. Guests
are specifically
requested
not to allow
unsupervised
children
to use the
pool. Please
don't take
any glasses
or bottles
to the pool
area as
any broken
glass in
the pool
means that
it has to
be emptied
completely!
It is recommended
that guests
take out insurance,
covering themselves
against the
need to cancel,
accident, illness,
loss or theft
of personal
belongings,
from the day
of booking and
for the duration
of the holiday.
