Notes:
RENTAL RATES
Per week in British
Pounds (GBP). A deposit
of £250 is required
to secure the
booking, and
the full amount is due
8 weeks
before your holiday.
A further "damage"
deposit of
£250
will also be required,
which will be refunded
after departure once
the apartment has been
checked over for any
damage.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have to cancel
your holiday before
having paid the full
amount (8 weeks
beforehand), we will
refund your deposit
less an administration
charge of £25
(€40). IF we
are able to re-book
the same weeks. If you
have paid in full, the
cancellation charges
are as follows:
4 - 8 weeks: 50%
of rate refunded
2 - 4 weeks: 25% of
rate refunded
less than 2 weeks: no
refund
UNLESS we are able to
re-book any time up
to the holiday, in which
case we will refund
your full payment plus
deposit less the administration
charge as above.
On receipt of a deposit,
a contract for the rental
of Riviera Del Sol Penthouse
(apartment in Spain) has
been entered into. The price,
the period and the precise
dates of rental have been
agreed between the renters
and the owners of Riviera
Del Sol Penthouse.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
Please note that
the apartment must be
vacated by 10 am on
the day of departure
and is accessed at 4
pm on the day of arrival
to give our cleaning
team time to prepare
it for you.
LIABILITY:
Please note that
we do not accept liability
for any injury howsoever
caused as a result of
the use of the swimming
pool. Guests are specifically
requested not to allow
unsupervised children
to use the pool. Please
don't take any glasses
or bottles to the pool
area as any broken glass
in the pool means that
it has to be emptied
completely!
It is recommended that
guests take out insurance,
covering themselves against
the need to cancel, accident,
illness, loss or theft of
personal belongings, from
the day of booking and for
the duration of the holiday.
